I. Vehicle Compatibility

This product is compatible with vehicles manufactured in 2016 and later that come equipped with factory-installed wired CarPlay.

This product is NOT compatible with BMW vehicles. BMW owners please do not purchase.

II. Usage Environment Tips

Due to its compact size, this product has a limited built-in antenna. In remote areas with weak signals or insufficient network coverage, occasional disconnections or lag may occur. This is a physical environmental limitation. We recommend using the product in areas with strong signal reception.

Vehicles contain numerous sources of electromagnetic interference, including the head unit, power wiring harnesses, car chargers, dash cameras, etc. Please position the product away from these interference sources to reduce the risk of disconnection.

The effective connection range of this product is within 5 meters (16 feet). Exceeding this distance may result in unstable connections or disconnection.

On rough or bumpy roads, the USB port may experience momentary contact issues due to physical vibration. We recommend trying a different USB port on your vehicle or ensuring the port is clean and free from wear.

III. Multiple Bluetooth Device Conflict Notice & Resolution Steps

When your phone is simultaneously connected to other Bluetooth devices such as smartwatches or Bluetooth headphones, this product may experience pairing failures or connection issues. This is caused by Bluetooth channel resource contention and is not a product defect.

This product does NOT support video playback. It cannot play online videos, streaming content, short videos, or any third-party video content on your vehicle's screen. Please do not mistake this product for a car infotainment or video playback device.
